Day 6Rome - free day to explore
Enjoy a free day to explore!  You may wish to just wander and shop, or why not see some of the ancient cites that have graced Rome since the beginning of Christianity, with names like Sant’Agnese, Santa Maria in Trastevere, Santa Costanza, San Clemente, the scavi in the Vatican (and there are more!)

The Catacombs are just to the south and Hadrian’s Tomb is worth a visit!  Piazza Navona is always a scene as well as the fontana in front of the Pantheon!

Day 8Rome - homeward bound   (Or you may wish to extend!)
Transfer to the airport for your homeward flights (same day arrival in the US).

And now, since you’re in Italy anyway, why not extend your trip - north or south, a cruise or a visit to Italy’s lovely islands – or even a longer time in Rome!  We are experts on customized itineraries in Italy and with your dreams and our ideas, we will make your trip of a lifetime come true!
