Day 1Depart USA
Early check in today for your overnight transatlantic flight to Prague!


Day 2Prague
On arrival in Prague, transfer to your hotel TBA.  Hotel assignments will be made for you according to your preferences and budget!  We recommend city center hotels to best serve our clients!  Relax in the afternoon and put your jet lag behind you!


Day 3Prague city sightseeing
Daily breakfasts each morning in your hotels.  Meet up with your private guide this morning for a visit to this unique and enchanting city situated on a bend in the Vlatava River!  See the Castle  and the Strahov monastery, the Jewish Quarter with its synagogues and the Old Jewish Cemetery, St Vitus Cathedral and Charles Bridge, and of course the Old Town Square with its tower and ancient astronomical clock!

Day 4Prague free day
Free day in Prague to explore on your own!!  Return to the Jewish Quarter on your own for a visit to the Cubist Houses, or else see the Royal Palace and St George’s convent in depth, , the Little Quarter area with its St Nicholas church; explore the Nove Mesto (New Town), with the beautiful Wenceslav Square, the Cubist, National and Mucha Museums!! 


Day 7Vienna
A detailed visit to the wonderful Austrian capital!!  Among the other things, see St Stephen’s cathedral, Schoenbrunn Palace and the Belvedere, the Albertina and the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Neue Burg and Karlskirche and Hundertwasser Haus.  Suggest to try a local Heurigen (wine tavern and restaurant) in the suburban hills of the city!!


Day 8Budapest
Early wake up call this morning, in time for your train from Westbanhof station this morning to Budapest.  On arrival, meet your guide for a detailed visit to the Hungarian capital; see the Parliament, the synagogue, and the Holocaust Memorial, among the other things!!  Back to Keleti rail station, in time for your return train to Vienna


Day 9Back to Vienna
One more free day to enjoy Vienna!!  Why not check out the Mozart concert schedule?


Day 10All too soon it ends
Your driver will meet you in the lobby this morning for the ride to Schwechat airport, in time for your home-bound flight!  (Same day arrival in the US!)

Day 5Prague Terezin Excursion    {alternative Castle Excursion}
With a driver and the guide see today Terezin, sadly know during WWII as Theresienstadt; which the Nazis used as a model work camp to disguise their true practices and intentions.  Visit the fortress that was used as a concentration camp, the Jewish cemetery and the memorial.  In addition, or as an alternative to Terezin, please consider a day trip to the castles of Karlstejn and Konopiste in the nearby countryside.


Day 6Prague - Bratislava - Vienna
With your driver this morning, on to Slovakia!!  On arrival in the capital, Bratislava, your local guide will meet you for a tour of the castle and the cathedral!  Proceed then to Vienna.  On arrival, check in Hotel TBA (as always, in a prized city center location!)
